AMA recap: ASPO WORLD x GameFi.org

Welcome GameFi members,

This recap is for those who could not join the AMA GameFi with ASPO WORLD hosted on February 19th, 2022.

We are so glad to introduce our partner, ASPO WORLD- a tactics-driven mind game among players designed exclusively on the blockchain platform, inspired by the open universe of the game Tien Hiep.

Mr. Khang Nguyen, Community Manager of ASPO WORLD conveyed information about the project’s features, some special insight into the game vision, upcoming plans, etc.

The AMA included 3 segments:

How are you @khangnguyen1807?

- Mr. Khang: Hi, guys. Thanks Jane. I’m good and very excited now.

- Host: We are excited to hear some good news from you about ASPO WORLD

Let’s begin

- Mr. Khang: Yep. Of course. I’m more than ready to tell you guys about ASPO World.

Here’s the first question: Many GameFi users have known ASPO launched in GameFi before, but to our new-comers, please give a brief introduction of ASPO WORLD.

- Mr. Khang: In essence, ASPO World is inspired by a very famous manga named Shaman King, where all sorcerers aim for one much envied title “the King of Sorcerers”. Players will choose to be one of three classes: Hunter, Fighter or Witch and equip for themselves 4 spirits and engage in different activities (PvE) and also PvPs. It’s a turn-based game where mind games decide everything. So you must be very wise in any one of your moves during battles.

That’s a great introduction! With this coming back, we’re so excited about achievements the team has achieved so far. Please share about this.

- Mr. Khang: Yep, of course. We’ve had 2 very successful beta tests for players to have a better understanding of ASPO World. We’ve built a very big community of over 350K members across platforms like Twitter, Facebook and Telegram and that’s the organic growth. ASPO World has also been mentioned by many domestic news sites and global ones too (even Forbes). The upcoming 22/2 will be the date of the mainnet launch. We’re super excited for that. We’ve also formed a partnership with Hashed, which is highlt-anticipated by the community.

- Host: You did a very fantastic job in handling all of these activites!

What are the team focusing on ? What are your ambitions for #AspoWorld in the coming year?

- Mr. Khang: We’ve recently formed a partnership with Hashed (one of the biggest VCs in Korea) to work on the development of ASPO World across different aspects, like marketing or tokenomics enhancement. They’ll help us on different agendas. But I can tell you that it’s going to be very promising in our journey ahead.

Can you elaborate more what will HASHED support ASPOWORLD in this journey?

- Mr. Khang: Hashed will give us advice on the tokenomics where we can improve it to make the game more sustainable. They’ll help us connect with the projects in their ecosystem even GameGuilds maybe.

And they work really hard to make ASPO World reach as many people as possible.

1st question from @NFThunter_470

Gaming and NFT are exponential growth as we can see lots of global companies jumping on the market. But among tons of game projects, what are your superior features that make you stand out from others?

- Mr. Khang: Yes, that’s a good question. We have both economic incentives and entertainments values for our players. We want to actually have fun with the game they play while being able to make money from that, a thing that was only accessible for professional gamers. We also have an in-house game studio to do whatever we could to make this game the best. We don’t outsource that. Our team has also revealed their identities in the whitepaper. We’re also launching our sidechain soon, which is not an easy task at all.

2nd question from @FreddyBush77

What are your marketing strategies and how will you have a global expansion and adoption fo your project where English is not spoken? Do you have any initiatives to approach and educate non-crypto users who want to join but not much knowledge about cryptosphere ?

- Mr. Khang: We actually have a lot of detailed instructions for non-crypto users on our website aspo.world. We elaborate every single step from creating a wallet to buying ASPO tokens on our website. And for expanding, we’re still on our way to creating more groups of other languages rather than English, and they will be managed by people of that country to make it as organic as possbile.

3rd question from @ericbakinston

How much investment would I have to make to start playing AspoWorld ? What are the mechanism of making money in the game? Do you plan to add more characters in the future and would it be prepared for the entry of new users and not collapse like it has happened on other platforms?

- Mr. Khang: You need 4 spirits, which cost around 400 ASPO. At the current price, it would be around 80$, which is very affordable for beginners. We can add more characters if we feel it’s necessary.

The community can also vote on that and we’ll adjust accordingly if it’s good for ASPO World. We have a game studio with more than 10 years of game production. I don’t think a collapse is possible. We’ve prepared for that.

- Mr. Khang: Yes. The mainnet is on 22/2 guys. Hurry up

Do the AspoWorld holders have the right to participate in the governance of the project? On what kind of decisions can they vote on about the project? AND Do you have any plan to create other features? Maybe yield farm, stake, or NFT project? Can you explain in more detail?

- Mr. Khang: We already have the staking feature on our Marketplace for ASPO holders. You can visit https://marketplace.aspo.world/marketplace to understand how it works. I’m sure you’ll like it. ASPO tokens is the governance token of ASPO World. So yes, you can vote when the game is released. We respect all your opinions as long as they serve the benefits of our users. It’s gonna be fair for every one.

What is the difference between the rare and elite qualities of Character and Spirit NFTs? How can obtained and trade? Btw, do you have tournament or game guilds for gamers to connect gamers community and educate about gameplay ?

- Mr. Khang: We’re in different conversations with GameGuilds but we cannot disclose the details for now. Spirits of higher qualities will earn more tokens than usual because of their better stats. It helps them deal better in PvEs. Once we’ve finished our talks with GameGuilds, it’s only the matter of time before this game makes an explosion.

According to the roadmap, what is your most important next priority?

- Mr. Khang: Of course it’s going to be the mainnet launch. We’re also timing the listing of ASPO on CEXs very carefully. After the mainnet, we’re going to host the first global tournament for ASPOers and finally, we will build our sidechain.

Can you list 1–3 killer features of this project that makes it ahead of its competitors? What is the competitive advantage your project has that you feel most confident about?

- Mr. Khang: Hashed’s exclusive partnership

Do you guys feel satisfied by seeing your progresses and achievements till now, when you look back to the day when you have started this project?

- Mr. Khang: We do actually, but we’re not complacent. There’s more ahead waiting for us. But we’re more confident than ever about our game because of how immersive it can be.

Marketing is a central element for every project, so that everyone knows the potential that a project can bring is vital to achieve the goals set. What is your strategy to attract new users and Investor to your platform and keep them long term?

- Mr. Khang: Yes. At this very moment, our marketing team is working tirelessly to make ASPO World known to more people. We have a great product. It’s super fun and interactive to play. Now we just need to let people know about us. We’re conducting AMAs across groups to remind people of our upcoming mainnet on 22/2. I’m sure it’s going to be a boom

How does project increase the token’s value, liquidity and utility? So that it can lead to an increase in token prices? What is your plan to make your project stable and provide the highest return for investors in the long term?

- Mr. Khang: We’re building a game universe where ASPO tokens is the governance token. Even if you don’t like games, you can hold ASPO because as we produce more games in our game universe, the token’s utility will be significant.
